Upen Patel

Upen Patel (born 16 August 1981) is a British Indian model and Bollywood film actor. After winning the 2002 Zee TV Super Model Search Contest, Patel began accepting Bigg Boss, Paul Smith and Zagna's modeling contracts. He started his career with a video that was created by singer and songwriter Romi Gill and entitled "Saideen Paro Seekee Fly".

He won MTV India's Most Stylish Male Award for 2 consecutive years and won four Awards in India as the number one Supermodel, of which he won three consecutive years, due to which he received many new ads, which included Tuscan Verve, Hilfiger, Tommy, Provogue, D'Damas Desire. They promoted international brands like Wendell Rodrich, Vikram Fadnis and Westside.

Patel appeared in many music videos, including the remix music video of "What Does It Feel About" of Bollywood's best song, in which Udita Goswami has worked with him.

In 2006, he made his debut in the mysterious film 36 China Town in Bollywood, in which he played a character like Kasanova, which is considered a suspect killer. The movie was successful at the box office. Subhash Jha commented that "Upen Patel, a casanova in Casino, is an unusual stylish start, they dance with full confidence and maintain their identity even among a crowd of accomplished actors." Patel won several awards for Best Debut Actor, in which he was included in the IIFA Awards for his role.

His second film, Namaste London, in which he played a supporting actor, was released on 23 March 2007, and the film was also successful at the box office.
